We are a team of highly skilled tradesmen with extensive experience and knowledge of Park Homes. We specialise in Park Home Inspections, Exterior home paints to maintain warranties and provide a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment services, ranging from front door adjustments to complete bathroom refits.

We offer various levels of inspections ranging from a comprehensive Annual Home Inspections (AHI) to a more basic Under Home Inspection (UHI). An Annual Home Inspection(AHI) is an essential step to take when the home has been occupied for a year, this would expose any issues from settlement or siting. A full PDF report is provided for your records including photos and easy to read descriptions, we also take the time to sit down after the inspection to explain everything in detail. An Under Home Inspection (UHI) is a simple inspection of the underside of the home where its difficult to access or not visible, this inspection looks at the chasse, jacks, concrete pad, plumbing and any other concerning issues which could have developed.

Our exterior paint work is approved and recommended by Resitex and we pride ourselves on the highest standard of work. We gained years of maintenance experience through contract warranty work with the leading park home manufacturer, Omar and Wessex Park Homes, who we still maintain a close relationship with today. We provide these services for all Park Home brands so please call or email to discuss any work you require.

Please note: Exterior painting is prioritised during spring/summer/autumn months due to weather conditions but we will always be as accommodating as possible.

Exterior Painting

We pride ourselves on the high quality finish and respectful service we provide for our customers, which is why over 94% of our work comes from recommendations from previous customers.

The exterior walls of the home are exposed to all weather conditions, all year round and inevitably over time, start to look tired. Where necassary we clean and pre-treat the walls with a fungicidal wash to remove dirt and Algae build-up and all homes are finished with two coats of Resitex paint which dramatically improves the home and maintains the warranty.
